How this website receives and uses information, and how you can change your analytics choice.
1. Information you share
You can contact Mạch Nội Dung through Zalo or the SCRM chat on this website. We receive the conversation and information you choose to share when discussing our services. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information through these channels.
2. How information is used
We use the information to answer questions, understand your requirements and discuss the work you are interested in. The website chat includes an AI assistant. Mạch confirms service agreements through direct conversation.
3. Contact platforms and previous enquiries
Choosing Zalo continues the conversation on the Zalo platform. Messages sent through the website chat are received and processed by SCRM to support the conversation. Each platform has its own operation and data policies.
The website no longer accepts enquiries through the former contact form. Earlier enquiries remain in the administration system and are accessible only to authorised users. Changing contact channels does not automatically delete that history.
4. Technical storage in your browser
SCRM uses browser storage to continue your chat session and keep your draft message and sending status. You do not need an SCRM administrator account to chat. Blocking browser storage may prevent the session from continuing when you change pages.
The website uses technical cookies for security and administration sessions. The server may record technical information to operate, diagnose and protect the service.
Optional visit analytics
Analytics is enabled by default for new visitors: the website loads Google Analytics 4, creates measurement cookies and sends data to Google before you make a choice in the settings. This is the website’s configuration, not a record of your consent. Continuing to browse does not count as consent. A saved opt-out takes priority and is respected across pages and tabs.
The settings do not open automatically. Select “Privacy” in the footer to see the current status or change the “Visit analytics” switch.
Google Analytics 4 measures page views, Zalo contact clicks, chat openings and technical information such as device and browser type. Google processes visit identifiers stored in cookies and connection information to produce reports. A contact click does not mean that a message was sent or a service ordered. This website does not intentionally send phone numbers, conversation contents, names, email addresses or search terms to Analytics. Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled.
Your choice is stored for up to 180 days and shared between pages and tabs in the same browser. When it expires, analytics switches off and the footer indicates that a new choice is needed; the settings still do not open automatically. If your browser prevents the choice from being saved, analytics stays off and the settings show an explanation. An unexpired opt-out is preserved.
Switching analytics off stops subsequent measurement events and removes Google Analytics cookies on this domain. It cannot withdraw data already sent or cancel a request that has already started. 5. Requests about your information
You can ask to review, correct or delete information you have provided by contacting Mạch on Zalo. Some requests may require verification to protect your information.
6. Google connections for site administration
The website owner authorises Mạch Nội Dung CMS to submit the sitemap, check the status of public machnoidung.com pages through Search Console and read the website’s GA4 reports. The data includes sitemap status, errors or warnings, crawl times, canonical URLs, indexing results and aggregate traffic by source, landing page, device and country. Analytics access is read-only and does not modify Google data.
Results are stored on the server and shown only to CMS users with the relevant permissions. Cached reports unused for more than 31 days are cleared after a successful report load; the latest Search Console state is retained for comparison. Credentials for each connection are stored separately from source code and public files. Google data is used only for these administration functions. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared with the contact channels.
The account owner can revoke access through Google’s connection settings. Revocation stops subsequent access to Google; deletion of stored results can be requested through Mạch’s contact channel. Server-side reporting authorisation does not replace a visitor’s analytics choice.
